Add products to your enquiry list and send it on WhatsApp, or use the custom printing form. We confirm prices before anything is ordered.
What information should I include in a custom request?
Include your name, a contact email or WhatsApp number, a description of the object, the size you need, the quantity and any deadline. A link to your model or reference images helps us quote accurately.
How do I order a product?
Browse the shop, add the products you want to your enquiry list, and press "Send enquiry on WhatsApp". Your message opens in WhatsApp, and you press Send to deliver it. We reply with the price and next steps.
How does WhatsApp checkout work?
WhatsApp opens with a message that lists your products and quantities. Nothing is sent automatically, and an order is not placed until we confirm the details with you.
Can I request a different size or colour?
Often, yes. Sizes, colours and finishes depend on the product, so tell us what you want and we will confirm what is possible.
What file formats do you accept?
We work with STL and 3MF files. Share yours through a link or on WhatsApp, and we will confirm whether it is suitable for printing.
What materials are available?
Material options are confirmed for each order. Ask us which material suits your piece.
How are shipping and delivery handled?
